When you refer a client to OneLoop, we will sign a formal, legally binding non-compete agreement specific to that referral.
What this means in simple terms:
- You refer a client to us for property management
- If that homeowner ever approaches us about selling their property
- We will refer them back to you, the original referring agent
This is not a verbal promise or an informal understanding. It is a signed agreement designed to ensure your client relationship—and future listing—remains fully protected.
