New Property Set-up Charges:

We aim to make onboarding with our property management services as seamless and transparent as possible. Our new property set-up charges are designed to reflect the level of work required to get your property ready for success.

Vacant Property: If your property is currently unoccupied, we’ll handle everything from marketing and showings to tenant screening and lease execution. For this comprehensive leasing service, we charge a one-time set-up fee equal to 50% of one month’s rent.

Occupied Property: If you already have a tenant in place, onboarding is quick and straightforward. In this case, we charge a flat $500 set-up fee to get your property fully integrated into our management system.

Whether your home is move-in ready or already rented, we ensure a smooth transition and professional oversight from day one.
